We are about to finish with cooking school. In our last few days we had the chance to work with Chef Serge Vieira. He was the winner of the most important cooking competition in the world in 2003, representing France at the Bocuse d'Or. A few days ago he did his second cooking demonstration at the Institut Paul Bocuse, a very nice moment. This is his original way of making his dishes, he is inspired by history and architecture.It is a pleasure to see someone like him working, here you can see it too.
